Jeremiah 11:4:
which I commanded your fathers in the day I brought them out of the land of Egypt, from the iron furnace, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and do according to all that I command you; so shall you be My people, and I will be your God,’

John 15:9:
“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
Ephesians 3:14-19:
For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,a]">[a] 15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

If we meditate on the issues relating to the Lamb and His sacrificial love towards us ,we become aware of how we are sadly lacking in love towards God .To gain that love we have to go to the throne of grace ,from where all love comes .The fruits of love isn't bestowed separately .It comes to us when our hearts are filled with Christ!!
Our Love for Christ will be sustained if we seek daily fellowship with Him .Paul in the text above ,refers
to a kneeling position:"for this reason I knell before the Father." When we bow before the throne of Grace ,and humbly wait and worship there ,we receive the Spirit ,and our heart are filled with the love of Christ .God gave His Son to bring us to Himself.This only when we live in fellowship with Jesus Christ,our relationship rests on His Love for us.We are not self able to give Him this love ,but the Holy Spirit will do work in us ,therefore it is so important to daily separate ourselves from the world and turn to God in Faith ,that He may shed abroad His love in our hearts,until we are filled with a great love for him.We must not just seek forgiveness of sins ,but also seek the abundant grace that will enable us to be victorious over sin and continually by the Spirit.Pray that the Love of Christ will be the first priority in our lives ,and having come to love God ,that his love will radiate from us to those around us,and reach and enrich those who's hearts have not yet come to that Love!!

Let us therefore do what is written in John 15:10:
if you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love
